What's included in your rental packages?
All of our packages include use of the barn, lodge, loft, chairs & tables, arbors, decor inventory (subject to availability), on-site venue staff, in-house DJ, in-house bartender, venue-related set-up and tear down services.
What is your max capacity?
Our max capacity is around 125 guests.
How many hours are included in the rental?
Our 2-day package includes access to the grounds from 9 am - 11:00 pm. Our 1-day package includes access to the venue from 8 am - 11 pm. Our elopement package includes access to the property from 9 am to 11 pm Monday - Thursday.
What is your alcohol policy?
We permit beer + wine only for any event. Our rental packages include our in-house bartender and do not have a corkage fee.You are allowed to bring your own alcohol, however; please note that we require an officer/deputy be on-site for any events that will have alcohol served.
Are you open to working with vendors not on your preferred vendors list?
Yes! We welcome working with different vendors. However, our preferred vendors are whom we feel are some of the best in the industry and have performed services at our venue before. Ask us about our preferred vendors list!

pet-friendly?
We love our fur friends! Pets are allowed for outdoor ceremonies only. We do not allow pets inside the barn or lodge.
Do you allow sparkler exits?
Absolutely! We love sparkler exits.

We are located between Mocksville and Farmington, NC. We love being out in the countryside, however; we have quite a few places nearby:
